Elevate HTM, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by 30 plus years HTM veteran Bryant Hawkins Sr., sparks opportunity in under-resourced communities by introducing K-12 students and their families to life-changing careers that keep hospital technology running flawlessly. Through immersive, hands-on programs, mentorship and industry partnerships, we cultivate the next wave of HTM leaders while equipping today’s professionals with the community and resources they need to keep patients safer and healthcare equipment working flawlessly.  Join us in advancing economic mobility, professional excellence and better care for all.

    • The organization reaches over 1,000 students annually across multiple states, providing direct exposure to HTM as a viable career path.

  3. Breaking the Cycle of Poverty with Opportunity:

    • Unlike general STEM programs, Elevate HTM shows students how they can enter a stable, high-paying career without a four-year degree.

    • With the appropriate education, students can earn $52,000+ per year. a life-changing opportunity for those in low-income communities.
