Elevate HTM was founded by Bryant Hawkins Sr., a 30+ year veteran of the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) field. After decades of ensuring life-saving equipment worked safely behind the scenes, Bryant saw something missing. Awareness.

Too many students, especially in underserved communities, had never heard of HTM or the careers it offers. So he stepped out of the hospital and into classrooms, determined to expose the next generation to these life-changing opportunities.

This mission is personal. Bryant’s own son followed in his footsteps and is now a professional in the HTM field. That transformation, from exposure to career, is the blueprint Elevate HTM uses to light the path for thousands more.
