Director of Content & Quality Assurance
As Content & Quality Assurance Director for Elevate HTM, Angela Bennett ensures that program materials, resources, and communications remain current, high-quality, and impactful. She fosters collaboration across statewide teams, aligning efforts with Elevate HTM’s mission to educate and inspire future Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) professionals.
Angela began her career as a 68A Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) in the U.S. Army and has since advanced through the HTM industry, rising from BMET I to Client Executive/CE Director of a hospital HTM department. Her dedication and leadership have earned her multiple industry honors, including the 2020 AAMI Young Professional Award, Trimedx Trailblazer Award, and Making a Difference Award. She is also the founder and former president of the West Michigan Biomed Society and serves as faculty for AAMI’s CHTM prep course.
Angela takes pride in her accomplishments and remains committed to mentorship, professional development, and advancing HTM education. She lives by the philosophy: “What got you here will not get you there!"
