Every once in a while, organizations need to pause, not to slow down, but to recognize the momentum forming around them.

This is one of those moments.

Preparing the next generation of Healthcare Technology Management professionals has never been the responsibility of one organization alone. It requires alignment across education, industry, philanthropy and community leadership.

Because of you, that alignment is no longer a vision for Elevate HTM.

It is becoming our reality.

The Pathway Is Working

This is the Elevate HTM Pathway, that we will introduce to ALL students that show serious interest.

Our Elevate HTM Pathway Program was designed to meet students where they are and guide them step-by-step into real career opportunities. Over this recent season, we have seen meaningful progress:

• Secured two grants supporting our work in the New Orleans region

• Gained two HTM vendor sponsors investing in the future workforce

• Completed five school visits, expanding beyond Louisiana into Dallas and Orlando

• Grew from 6 volunteers to nearly 40, now representing 12 states

Let me be clear, that kind of growth does not happen by accident.

It happens when people rally around purpose.

What This Means for Us

We are no longer asking if this model can work.

We are proving that it does.

But momentum brings responsibility. Students are counting on us. Partners are leaning in. The industry is beginning to pay attention.

So we stay focused.

We operate with excellence.

We protect the mission.

Because what we are building is bigger than programs or events, We are helping shape the future workforce of an entire industry.

You will begin seeing meeting invitations in the coming weeks as we continue strengthening our structure and preparing for the growth ahead.

To keep everyone aligned and informed, I will also begin sharing a monthly newsletter, and starting March 2026, we will host quarterly full-team meetings to ensure we remain connected as one Elevate HTM.

Stay tuned, the next season will require all of us.

A Personal Note

Never underestimate what happens when Elevate HTM walks into a school. For some students, that moment becomes the first time they see a future they didn’t know was possible.

That is legacy work.

And each of you is helping carry it forward.

I want you to know I see your commitment, your sacrifice, and the energy you bring to this mission. Elevate HTM is growing because people like you have decided this work matters.

And if what we have built so far is any indication.
